1. The Agility Judge(s)
shall be qualified judges in good standing with the AKC and
shall be approved by the AKC for the classes they will be
judging at the Specialty. They need not be CCA members.
2. A Judge may not officiate
in two (2) consecutive years at the CCA National Specialty,
but will be eligible again after a lapse of one year.
3. The Host shall assist the
Agility Judge(s) with travel arrangements, and reach agreement
on expenses, which shall include and be limited to the
following:
a. Round trip airfare, for Judge only, to the
airport nearest the Headquarters hotel.
b. Room expenses only (no long distance
calls, room service, etc) for the judge and spouse/guest for
the nights of their Agility judging plus one night.
c. Meals, while a guest of the CCA, at the
Headquarters hotel for Judge and spouse/guest.
d. Standard Agility judging fee is based
on the number of dogs entered each day of the trial(s). (In
1999 this was $1 per Standard Class entry and $1 per Jumper
With Weaves Class entry)
e. Additional expense, not to exceed a sum
to be determined by the Host Specialty Committee, for
supportable and justifiable expense.
4. Judging the CCA National
Specialty and Trials is considered to be an honor and the
expenses shall be kept minimal.
5. Critique will not be
released to the public in any manner prior to publication in
the CCA Bulletin.
