1. The Host to provide videographer with mailing address of Collie Club of America Librarian.

2. There shall be at least a shot of each class placement with an audible of the Dogs number and placement in the classes, with dogs name if possible.

3. There shall be candid footage of each class.

4. There shall be a "standing" shot and an "action" shot of each Champion shown, with an audible of the Dogs number and name.

5. There shall be some footage of the Dogs in Obedience. Must include High Scoring Collie accepting the award.

6. There shall be some footage of the Junior Showmanship classes. Must include Best Junior Showman.

7. There shall be some footage of the Herding Competition, when held, and presentation of Herding Award to winning Collie.

8. There shall be some footage of the Agility Trial(s), when held, and presentation of the High in Trial award to the winning Collie.

9. There can be candid footage of the grooming area, showing grooming in progress.

10. Recommend using an external micro-phone so that the sound can be controlled better than with the built in micro-phone.

11. These requirements will require more than one camera.

12. The Collie Club of America shall receive four (4) copies of all tapes produced as a result of this agreement which shall be forwarded to the Collie Club of America Librarian within one month of the conclusion of the event.

a. The Roughs should be on one volume, the Smooths on one volume, Intersex on one volume and Obedience, Junior Showmanship, Herding , Agility and the grooming and various functions on one volume.

b. All tapes should be externally labeled.

12. Successful bidder shall be paid as follows;

a. 75% on completion of event.

b. 25% on receipt of all Tape volumes.

13. The Videographer shall have the right to market all footage.
