1. Video requirements are listed on Video Agreement. (Appendix H)

2. Host shall solicit bids for Video taping by sending two (2) copies of (Appendix H), Video Requirements and Agreements to prospective videographers.

3. Bids should be submitted by a signed copy of (Appendix H), Video Requirements and Agreement.

4. The Collie Club of America shall receive four (4) copies of all tapes produced as a result of this agreement which shall be forwarded to the Collie Club of America Librarian within one month of the conclusion of the event.

a. One full set of tapes shall be retained in library as a Master set and never rented out.

5. The CCA will purchase a tape of each judge's assignment to be given to each respective judge.
